We loved the warm welcoming and heart-felt support the reception team gave to us! The rooftop staff also was very friendly and cheerful. The hotel’s position is amazing and support walking distance almost to anything around.

Great location on Gran Via, located conveniently close to Plaza España Metro. The hotel is beautiful, the room was very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was a life saver. Overall, a 10/10!

Beautiful hotel with an amazing roof bar. Fairly priced and the staff were amazing. I asked for watermelon to be left in my room when I checked in and the staff were really kind to make that happen. I didn’t get the name of the lady who I spoke to but thank you so much for organising that for me. 10/10 hotel. I will stay here again for sure.
