Great location - at the very center, but just a bit off the Gran Via. Room a tad small but very nice, bed was very comfy. Room was also very quiet to those it's important for. The front desk staff - amazing! Great people, friendly, helpful. I want to especially mention Guillermo who was so helpful in many ways!

Location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of Madrid but far away from all the crowds and noise. Small room but comfortable and full of amenities. Terrace with discounted drinks was a bonus. Davide at the reception was extremely helpful and welcoming, thank you so much for the wonderful services!
