FAQ's ABOUT GAY FRIENDLY HOTELS IN PRAGUE

  • Why travel to Prague?
  • Last weekend, we went on a short trip to Prague. We stayed at the Hotel Bohuslav, which is – as the name suggests – right next to the river. The hotel is very new and modern, and we received a very friendly welcome from the staff. Prague is a beautiful city that is rich in history and culture and is popular with tourists all year round. One of its main attractions is the beautiful and expansive city park called the Prague Castle Gardens.
When it comes to travelling, gay men find themselves in a tricky situation. It’s not unusual for them to encounter suspicion and hostility from people around the world and for gay-friendly places to be few and far between. (Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic tend to be more open, while many other countries are deeply divided on the topic.) However, a recent survey found that 27% of gay men had visited Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, and more than half said they would return.
