The Stockholm Gay Pride, one of Europe’s most inclusive and welcoming LGBTQ+ events, is back with the slogan “Stronger Together.” This year’s celebration will take place from July 29 to August 4, offering a week filled with joy, unity, and powerful messages of equality. The heart of Stockholm Pride is the Pride Park, located in Östermalms IP. This park serves as a gathering spot for attendees to enjoy music, performances, and speeches from prominent figures in the LGBTQ+ community. The park is open throughout the week, providing a safe and festive environment for people of all ages and backgrounds to come together and celebrate. To enter the park you will need to buy a ticket.

A highlight of the Stockholm Gay Pride is the Pride Parade, scheduled for Saturday, August 3. The parade route winds through the streets of Stockholm, featuring colorful floats, enthusiastic participants, and supportive spectators. It’s a powerful display of solidarity and a testament to the progress made in the fight for equality. Participants and onlookers alike can feel the sense of community and shared purpose that defines Stockholm Pride.
