The staff on reception were extremely friendly helpful as well as in the restaurant. It's a good location - a short walk to the main part of the old town, and also close to the old riverbed / converted park.

Nice rooftop terrace, Good location, friendly staff, helpful service. Large and comfortable rooms, and it was a nice to surprise to have a birthday cake in the room after coming back from our meal.

The location of the hotel is very good, it's in the city center and everything is in walking distance. The hotel itself is very stylish, everything looked new and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My car could stay in the underground parking of the hotel. The underground parking is small, and is accessed by a car elevator, suitable for small to medium sized cars.

Beautiful hotel in the center of valence. Many shops and restaurant near by. Staff was lovely and always ready to help.
