Brilliant location. Super clean and cozy little room. Perfect for just somewhere to crash after a full day out in London. Staff were super friendly, always said hello. Big shout out to Isobel who we chatted to on our first and last day as we checked in and out.

The location and value for money of this hotel must be second to none. I went door to door from my room to Oxford Circus in 15 minutes with such a short walk to Victoria station. Buckingham Palace is only a 10-15 minute walk and, whilst the hotel is clearly for those on a budget, nothing was compromised in terms of the cleanliness, comfort and friendliness/helpfulness of the staff.

It’s really convenient to Victoria Station - particularly good if you’re arriving late into London Victoria from a flight into Gatwick. I’m looking forward to the time when we can return to having what I thought was a real treat when staying at any of the ‘Z’ hotels, namely the generous, free welcome refreshments in the early evening.
