The location was great. Breakfast was fantastic, with the waitress being very friendly. Rooms were nice and cosy with a huge tv and loads of channels to choose from.

The staff at the hotel went out of their way to ensure that we had the best stay, amenities were excellent, location was perfect for us but may not be good for those with less mobility (cobbled street on a steep gradient). From the moment we arrived to be shown into the amazing Roman cripto basement, with warm towels and cold prosecco. Local restaurants were close and good quality, and all the tourist sites were within walking distance (except the Vatican, we used the hop on hop off bus).

From the outside you can not tell that it is a hotel, down a quiet narrow road, away from the busy streets. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great crypt and lovely looking rooms.
