We arrived before the check-in time and were already allowed in our room. Very friendly welcome and this continued throughout the stay. Very relaxed hotel in a prime location. When checking out late in the afternoon, we were allowed to use the shower in the spa area.

Great location, in the middle of the city but in a quiet little street, almost everything is within walking distance very nice people at the reception. Give all explanations, take the time. Very friendly Hotel has a nice garden with unlimited good coffee/tea and biscuits. The roof terrace on the top floor is lovely, the breakfast options are fantastic. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The bed is wonderful and I slept very well. Overall, great hotel, wonderful service and fantastic location!

Very nice small-scale hotel! Perfect location in the middle of the city within walking distance to all the highlights. Staff very nice and help with restaurant reservations, trip to Jerusalem etc. In short: recommended.
