Very well managed hotel. We specially like the excellent breakfasts on the patio. Several really nice pools including a children's pool and an over 14 only pool. The staff are excellent and all seem to speak at least 3 languages.

The service attitude of the staff is exceptional , something I did not expect to find in Grand Canaria. From personalised system setup for home office, external restaurant recommendations, child care ( Julie) I always had the impression that the palm beach team really took ownership of our wishes and solved problems.
