First impressions, Staff extremely friendly. Molly went above and beyond to upgrade our room and give us a late checkout. We arrived in our room it was a decent size we liked the layout and kitchenette the fact our bed was on top with a small W/C, was a nice touch and the TV in the bathroom was nice. Molly was great booked us a table for menagerie and got us a taxi extremely friendly and helpful. Kaleb was also very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Perhaps a different location.

Location and very modern, very friendly staff and room was excellent ! Couldn’t of ask for more . As for location it was perfect ! Chinese quarter at front door and Piccadilly gardens two mins walk away and plenty of places to eat and drink right on your doorstep.

Nice studio flat with well equipped kitchen. Excellent location in Chinatown and close to Manchester conference centre. Very friendly staff.

Very nice personnel! perfect location, fantastic room for a fair price. Completely satisfied! Also fast problem solving (dishwasher did not work, few hours later they had already installed a new one).
