We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was helpful, personable, and very fun! Felt like they knew who we were, and anticipated our needs, especially with the restaurant and room service. The rooms were very comfortable, and we had a room with a view of Rome. It was fantastic!! Like a movie!!! Their shuttle bus service worked like clockwork, always arriving at the stated time. We also used taxi's, which were always readily available.
