The hotel chain Radisson Blu advertises itself as gay friendly and even has a page on its blog devoted to Reykjavik’s gay scene. The hotel is located in the popular 101 district, close to the sea and close to the many sights of Reykjavik. Within a kilometer of the Radisson Blu 1919 Hotel you will find the Parliament Building, the Old Port, Solfar Sun Voyager and the National Museum of Iceland. The rooms are well maintained, spacious and equipped with everything you might expect from a high end hotel. The hotel also features a gym, airport shuttle services and an excellent restaurant.
The Hotel was fantastic, it is located in the heart of the city. the staff were very helpful. Beds were somewhat smaller than i am used to but I guess it may be European thing.
