The big window in the room was unexpected and it gets a great view to the city downtown. The personal was amazing friendly and helpful. And best concierge ever :)

Breakfast Very good. A lot of variety and option for chef cooked egg dishes. Quiet room on 20th level.. Easy walk to buses, tram and rail lines to access local tourist sites. Worth eating at hotel restaurant.

Location was great and had a lovely birthday cake and bottle of wine waiting for me when I arrived - Nespresso machine in room too!

The staff were exceptional in being attentive (but not fussy) towards guests. Overall the condition of the property is good, but not exceptional. I use this brand in Europe and condition of the property and the attention to detail between the two is markedly different. However, the location is good, the staff ready to assist and the breakfast is good. I arrived after 9pm by which room service had ceased operation for the day. I never encountered this before at other Pullman properties, where if not full room service was provided, a limited service was operational during the wee hours. I would stay here again probably.
