Great location in the city center of Munich, close to all the main attractions of the city. Hotel staff was helpful and accommodating to our needs, room was nice and clean. Design of the hotel is surprising and very nice.

The Hotel was exceptionally clean. I mean unnecessarily, surgically clean. I barely remember staying in such an immaculate hotel room/bath/Restroom.

The location is excellent, next to the Viktualienmarkt and only a few minutes stroll from Marienplatz. Everything you could need is close by. The area behind the hotel has a residential and therefore quiet at night and away from the Bars and nightlife, although they can be found on the other side of the Viktualienmarkt if that is your desire. Nearly all the staff were friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome.

Location and very friendly staff were great as was the complementary gluwein and champagne. We didn't care for our first room, but the staff was able to find us an upgrade even during the busy Christmas week.
