Relatively quiet location, apart from occasional rumble of the tram going past the front door. Luckily, we were in a room well away from the street front. Very good having inside car parking; great location, right near to Acland Street with lots of cafes and street vibe. Right near trams , with easy access to railway station on the tram. We went to a function at Brighton Beach, and didn't have to worry about having several drinks -- got back to the hotel on public transport! Went out at breakfast to Abbey Road restaurant
