Very helpful and friendly front desk. The hotel is located in a beautiful, grand old building, complete with antique decor in the rooms. The rooms are furnished with everything you need. There are plenty of electrical outlets, the windows are large and there is a lot of storage space. The location is absolutely perfect, the big windows are overlooking Kärntnerstraße, the main shopping street, right in the heart of the city. You'll be in walking distance of everything.
