All of the above. It is a great hotel to stay at whenever I am looking for just a clean, comfortable place in Madrid in a central location and easy access to the airport or stations. I also like the staff. The two gentlemen working during my stay were very helpful, as always.

Extremely well located hotel, in the heart of Madrid. Nice, clean decoration and very friendly and professional staff. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was pretty good. Wi-fi worked very well throughout the hotel. Great price-quality ratio.

Beautiful!! Very comfortable room. Close access to everything you might need; yet nice quite area at night for peaceful sleep. Really solid breakfast offerings. Extremely helpful staff. They even save a few items we forgot in out room and let us pick them up on return to Madrid! Unbelievably helpful...

Just off Gran Via by the metro station. Perfect location. The room was a good size and the shower excellent. AC was great and the bed really comfortable. Everything felt New.
