The location of the hotel is good, just south of the main station in the more mutlicultural area of Munich. The ones attending the Oktoberfest would be happy, too, as it's just a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The personnel was very kind and helpful. The room was clean (though I found a long, black hair on my bed) and even had a balcony with a view. The breakfast was very good.

Well, to be fair I was there for work and Oktoberfest (yes, you can combine the two, but carefully) so I needed a hotel that was near the venue and had wifi, desk, that sort of thing. The room was large, the wifi worked, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and modern with a mercifully large shower stall, and the coffee and breakfast were surprisingly good, though that could have been a "morning after" thing. A 10 minute walk to the Munich train station. A good hotel.

The breakfast was very tasty and plenty of variety right up until they finished up. The location was good, very short walk to the Hauptbahnhof which was very convenient. The room itself was ok, loved the fact that there was a fridge.

The hotel room was clean and provided a fridge for storing our water bottles. They also provided free water upon arrival. In 35C heat it was much appreciated. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The hotel itself was close the the U-bahn and the tram was only 10 minutes from the main town.
