The whole experience- the staff were all excellent in particular Juan in reception and Emily at breakfast . The room was cleaned daily and was to a high standard. Breakfast was great - a large selection of pastries ,fruit and meat and cheese with the option to have an omelette, scrambled or boiled eggs . The Balcony room was 6 floors up above the main road giving some great views.

Friendly staff (especially the unfailingly cheerful breakfast girl). Great location for the commercial heart of Valencia and all its facilities and transport links.
