Friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency of staff. Organisation of breakfast time. The location is superb, in a few steps you can reach the pedestrian zone Sendlingerstrasse. If you are lucky you can get a parking lot in the hotel's own garage.

Location is excellent, walking distance to major attractions. Rather inexpensive. Good breakfast at additional cost. Had to leave earlier and the cancellation of the room, breakfast and parking was handled very good.

Center location, had a room with good view overlooking on old city, nice linens and matress, friendly personel.

Great location right next to the tube and a short pleasant walk away from Marienplatz. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was easy and the complimentary tea and coffee in the morning was most welcome. Great place to stay to explore Munich before flying!
