The experience was perfect Starting from before i ever got there. When i called to ask for some advice relating to the booking and parking i was met with a highly professional and polite Personal, who were also very warm informative, nice and welcoming. As i got there i was met at the reception by Pietro who went above and beyond to explain everything, gave us advice on the spots to hit in town, made sure everything in our room was perfect and comfortable.

My favorite part of the stay was how extremely friendly and attentive the staff were. We had a minor concern and they addressed it immediately. I travel often and they were by far the best hotel staff! Excellent location as well.
